Baytree House Hotel - Lowestoft

The food was brilliant and the location was unbeatable.

My favourite property in Lowestoft. Clean place with lovely view of the sea. Tasty meal and exceptional service:)))

The charming decor added a homely feel, but the shower had water pressure issues.

We appreciated being here. All in all everything was excellent, had a great stay for a pleasant business trip. The room was airy and bright with lovely views of the sea. The location of the hotel was marvellous - within...

We explored the beach and hit up the local market. The breakfast here is a game changer. Liz's homemade bread is awesome! Great vibe and super comfy beds helped us recharge. Plus, the staff is friendly and helpful....  

Baytree House has that lovely homey feel, and Liz is an absolute gem! I had a good cooked breakfast-can't beat a proper fry-up, especially in the quaint ambiance. Just a short stroll to the beach too!

No evening meal was available, a bit of a downer, but Liz pointed us to an Indian that turned out to be a total diamond in the rough. What a tasty detour!

Breakfast included homemade bread and a variety of options. Location is great, just a couple of minutes to the beach. Friendly owner and staff made everything better.

While the lack of evening dining options was a downside, Liz's recommendation for a nearby Indian restaurant was a delightful surprise. a very pleasant stay with a welcoming environment.

Genuine and friendly staff greeted us upon arrival, especially with the charming pet dogs on-site. The room was spacious, with a character-rich old fireplace, and was impeccably clean. Breakfast was a highlight, with creamy scrambled eggs and ample continental choices, catering wonderfully to dietary needs. The mugs provided were on the smaller side, and while the decor was attractive, some areas could benefit from a refresh.
